Originally from Philadelphia, Grant took over ownership of The Wild in 2025 with a desire to grow the space into Denver’s premier coffee and cocktail space. Grant believes in value and uniqueness, which are represented in the menu and design of the space. He also strives to stay current and create a space that customer’s want to come back to over and over again.
